Guidelines for submission

  • Share only what feels comfortable - your story will be public.
  • Your story may be shared via our website, social media, member newsletters, or fundraising materials to inspire and support others.
  • Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity, safety, and readability, but your voice will remain authentic.
  • We're unable to advertise or endorse books, podcasts, short films, or similar media.
  • While concerns about specific services may arise, we are unable to name organisations in your story.

Please note: To ensure a respectful and inclusive space for all, we do not publish the names of organisations or services. This helps maintain focus on shared learning, healing, and advocacy.

Additionally, all content must follow guidance that protects the emotional and physical safety of individuals and communities.
