The webinar series brings together healthcare professionals, athletes, military personnel and mental health experts into one conversation, with the aim of empowering healthcare professionals with their own mental health.
The series explores small, actionable and science-backed steps that healthcare professionals can take to make immediate changes in their daily life and work.
