PTSD UK is a charity that is dedicated to raising awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – no matter the trauma that caused it.

Assist Trauma Care
Assist Trauma Care offers therapists trained in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EDMR) and treating complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Assist Trauma Care no longer have a helpline but can offer email support via Assist Trauma Care email line.
